(JFK Assassination, proving more than three shots were fired).
Over 51 years have passed since the assassination of former President John F. Kennedy. After years of research, I’ve concluded that it is far past time that American’s know the truth surrounding the assassination, as much as is possible. One area of confusion is directly related to how many shots were fired in Dealey Plaza, the day JFK was slaughtered. Some witnesses’ say three shots were fired; others testified that four or more shots were fired. While testimonies can be helpful, it becomes obvious that all of the witnesses can’t be correct, 3 shots, 4 shots, 5 shots, etc. Too much is dependent on how much witnesses were paying attention, where they were located in relationship to the shots and interpretation of what they think they heard. With today’s technology, we are not solely dependent on witness testimonies. This is because the sounds of the shots being fired were recorded by Dallas Police radio. Sound generates sound waves, which can be charted with today’s computer software programs. The results of these charts prove absolutely that more than three shots were fired. Why is that important? The Warren Report claimed that only three shots were fired, from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository (1), (2). These three shots were attributed to Lee Harvey Oswald, as the “Lone Nut” and “Lone Assassin” (3), (4). Three empty shell casings of 6.5 calibers were found on the sixth floor of the TSBD (5). A 6.5mm Mannlicher-Carcano rifle (the alleged murder weapon) was found on the sixth floor and was reported to belong to Lee H. Oswald (6). This rifle was allegedly found with the clip still in the rifle, with one live round still in the clip. The clip was capable of carrying five rounds if fully loaded. Let’s do the math, three empty shell casings plus one live round = 4 bullets total, three shots fired from the rifle, one unfired. Simple enough, right? Umm….wrong! If it is proven that even one more bullet was fired that day…just one, it destroys the theory put forth by the Warren Commission. Let me quote, “In the absence of any credible evidence regarding another shooter, another weapon, another cartridge, or another bullet, an effective defense would be difficult, because there was no such evidence.” (7). If technology proved four shots were fired, the WC or anyone could always make the excuse that government investigators simply failed to find the fourth shell casing. This would be an argument difficult to disprove, no matter how improbable. As it turns out, technology proves that a minimum of five shots were fired, which is proof positive there was more than one shooter! This technology also tells us a great deal more than might be expected. Are you ready to see what really happened? Let’s get to it then…
This graph was made directly from the DPD police audio recording using computer software that shows sound in wave form. These waves are generated according to individual sounds, in this case…gun shots in Dealey Plaza. What does this chart show us?
I’ll break this down so you can better understand what you are looking at with the aid of the following charts.
The DPD audio shows very clearly that at least five shots were fired! But on closer examination, there were actually six shots fired. Each individual shot is shown numbered (in the shaded areas). These shots are not “echoes”, the echoes are marked on the chart below.
The “echoes” are highlighted in red, corresponding echoes are much smaller in size than the initial shots that preceded them. The reason being that the actual shots are an explosive force; echoes are a weaker reverberation of the original sound. The odd part is, there are only four echoes showing, out of six shots taken. The obvious question is, why only four echoes? This is because shot number four is slightly overlapped by the 5th shot. The fifth shot and sixth shot were so close together; the fifth shot is almost unnoticeable. If you listen to the audio recording of the last three shots, (listen very carefully), you can hear the (last) three shots. You can listen to the actual shots by clicking on the link below.
This link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zi7ogAzOH1k, will take you to the video of the shots posted on Youtube. The narration on the video states six shots were fired, but they don’t give the correct combinations. The video indicates that the third and fourth shots were fired close together, but as the chart clearly shows, this isn’t true. The furthest separation between shots was between the third and fourth shots.
The missing echo’s from the fourth and fifth shot are the first indication of the sounds of the shots overlapping. Then, notice that when shots are fired, without overlap, the sound waves rise and fall, indicated in red, on the chart shown below.
If only five shots were taken, then the spike shown in the next chart shouldn’t exist. The sound wave for the fourth shot should be continuing downward, the same as the first three and final shot.
What this spike indicates is that this is the beginning half of the fifth shot, which was cut off or overlapped very closely by the sixth and final shot, which is a complete sound wave. The fifth shot cut off the sound wave of the fourth shot echo, and the fifth shot sound wave was almost entirely overlapped by the sixth shot. There was, without question, a bare minimum of two shooters! Note also that even though only a fraction of the fifth shot sound wave is visible, the fifth shot was also the most powerful, as indicated by the height of the sound wave itself.
The first three shots on the charts would be consistent (in timing) with three shots fired from a bolt action rifle, shoot, reload, shoot, reload, shoot. However, one thing is absolutely certain; the “kill shot”….or “head shot(s)” did not come from the first three shots. The head shots happened in the last three shots.
If the first three shots were fired from Oswald’s 6.5 Mannlicher-Carcano, then he is, without question, not guilty of the murder of John F. Kennedy, (besides having to prove he fired a weapon at all). More importantly, the number of shots proves without any doubt that there was a bare minimum of two shooters (and looking at the charts, I’d say possibly three, due to different strengths of the shots indicated). If the first three shots were indeed fired from the Carcano rifle, then there were three shooters. That is because even a shooter using an automatic rifle would not be able to fire three shots at the same time or as closely together as indicated by the final three shots seen in the charts. Try to replicate that as much as you like, it can’t be done. At this point, I can’t be certain which shots were fired by which weapon (which location) in specific order. I am absolutely sure that a rifle with five rounds doesn’t shoot six times and still have a live round left in the clip. So, where ever the extra shots were fired from, it wasn’t from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository!
The falsehood of only three shots fired is over with, it’s a lie, always has been, just as so many of the witnesses knew. There really was a “flurry” of bullets. Two shooters equals’ conspiracy, lying about it equals cover-up…end of story. Stop the lies.
You may wonder why all of the citations given are from “History Will Prove Us Right”, by Howard P. Willens. There is a simple reason; it is because the title offends me because it is untrue. Let me clarify this statement with the following quotes from Mr. Willens book.
- How many shots were fired? “A preponderance of evidence indicates that there were 3 shots fired.”—WRONG.(8)
- Did they (the shots) all come from the same place? “Treatment . . . satisfactory” (meaning yes)—WRONG.(9)
- In the absence of any credible evidence regarding another shooter, another weapon, another cartridge, or another bullet, an effective defense would be difficult. Because there was no such evidence.—WRONG.(10)
- We wanted to disprove to the fullest extent possible the suggestions that there were shots from the overpass, from the grassy knoll, or any source other than the depository.—WRONG.(11)
- Absolutely no factual evidence of additional shots has come to light since 1964.—WRONG.(12)
So…History will prove you right Mr. Willens? No, I think not. Hmm…this made me wonder, have they moved the Warren Report to the “fiction” section of the Libraries yet?
If we are to ever understand the events that took place in Dallas, Texas in November of 1963, it must be based upon a foundation of fact, not fantasy. There must be no prejudice, bias or presumptions of guilt to contaminate those facts, no efforts to manipulate, altar or ignore available evidence. Fact, there was more than one gunman firing a weapon in Dealey Plaza, not a “lone assassin”. No one has proven Lee Harvey Oswald pulled a trigger, or after 51 years, proven any motive for him to do so. Does it mean Lee H. Oswald was innocent; probably not…after all, a “Patsy” would have to possess some knowledge of events to recognize they were set up, but it doesn’t necessarily mean he shot anyone. Time will tell.
SPECIAL NOTE BY AUTHOR: If you need even further evidence to verify the charts provided in this article, follow the instructions given below, and see for yourself.
- Download “Audacity” (a sound editing program) free of charge from the official page at this link…http://www.audacityteam.org/
- Download “Hamster Video Converter”, then convert the Youtube video of shots fired (shown on this page) to a “WAV” file. (This is actually very easy to do).
- Save the “WAV” file provided in this article to your computer or flash drive, (this is the WAV file which is the audio of the shots fired).
- Open the Audacity program and “Import” the WAV file you just saved.
- Play the audio file in Audacity.
- Once you click on “Play”, watch the horizontal red bar as it moves left to right, and listen closely to the shots being fired….be sure to turn the volume up so you can hear the shots clearly.

There are no gunshots on the Dictabelt recording. There was no open microphone in Dealey Plaza during the assassination of President Kennedy, and if you are using the audio recording that is used in the You Tube video clip which was part of a British Documentary in an attempt to make your case, you are completely way off. The gunshots that you hear on the You Tube recording are *NOT* actual gunshots on the police recording, they are tests shots fired in Dealey Plaza in 1978 during the reconstruction by the acousicts firm Bolt, Beranek and Newman (BBN) whom were hired by the House Select Committee on Assassinations to analyze the police recording for gunshots. These loud gunshots blasts you are calling actual gunshots are the test shots I mentioned, superimposed onto the actual police recording to simulate where the gunshots were thought to be (which, according to Jim Barger of BBN , “cannot be detected by the human ear). Perhaps you didn’t know that the gunshots you are hearing were part of the test firings superimposed onto the actual police recording, since the documentary didn’t explain to the viewer that what they are hearing are *NOT* the gunshots recorded on 11/22/63, rather they are test firings made in Dealey Plaza during the summer of 1978 for the HSCA.

The preliminary analysis by Bolt, Beranek reflected that the Channel I recording contained six separate groups of impulses (each group containing its own unique sequence or pattern of impulses) that might be recorded gunshots, all of which:
• Occurred during the period of the assassination;
• Were unique to the time period of the assassination (i.e., did not occur elsewhere on the tape);
• In total time (from first to last) lasted long enough to roughly correspond to the approximate duration of the assassination as indicated by the photographic evidence (with the realization that independence did not establish this total time with any real precision);
• Had impulse pattern shapes that resembled the shape of impulse patterns produced when the sound of gunfire is recorded through a radio transmission system comparable to the one used for the Dallas police dispatch network; and
• Had impulse pattern amplitudes similar to those produced when the sound of gunfire is recorded through a radio transmission system comparable to the one used for the Dallas police dispatch network. (Real Answers by Gary Cornwell, page 102).

I already know all of this. I debunked the entire gunshot hoax that Blakey and the HSCA acoustic “experts” pulled on the American people. Look up my name.
