IN THIS EPISODE…We’ll look at some of the lesser-known of the seemingly endless amount of stories from Dealey Plaza that day, including;
* Robert Croft, an “accidental witness” who had a very telling encounter with the FBI a day later;
* “The Lawrence/Hathaway Documents”, a pair of sworn statements that are very incriminating for a character well known to listeners of this podcast, and more rumors & whispers of “phantom films” of the assassination.

“History Will Prove Us Right” is a book written by Howard P. Willens. Mr. Willens was one of three members of the Warren Commission supervisory staff. Mr. Willens contention in this book is that he, and the Warren Commission got it right, that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin of President John F. Kennedy.
In Mr. Willens and the Warren Commissions own words “In the absence of any credible evidence regarding another shooter, another weapon, another cartridge, or another bullet, an effective defense would be difficult. Because there was no such evidence.”
Mr. Willens goes on at length to express that the Warren Commission was tasked with “finding the truth” and not designed for convicting Oswald. He declares they were on a fact finding mission only and that the goal of the WC was not to prosecute Lee Harvey Oswald.
Mr. Willens is supremely confident that his and the WC’s conclusion are the correct ones.
Mr. Willens has thrown down the gauntlet so to speak, I accept. I personally challenge Mr. Willens to meet me in any JFK Conference held in Dallas, Texas in November 2017 for a question and answer session. If Mr. Willens is so completely confident the WC got it right, then let us meet. My personal preference would be the JFK Lancer Conference if available, but any is suitable.
I propose that the Warren Commission and Mr. Willens did in fact perpetuate a fraud not only on America in general, but specifically on those members of the Parkland Hospital staff. I contend that this was a willful and deliberate action and not accidental on the part of the Warren Commission. I contend the WC did willfully and intentionally submit fraudulent representations of JFK’s wounds during the WC hearings. I contend that the WC did in fact get the J.D. Tippit timeline very, very wrong. I will further contend that there is in fact evidence to demonstrate that Lee Harvey Oswald did not fire the bullet that killed JFK.
I’ve long been aware of the shortcomings of the Warren Report, and more specifically the critical errors made, whether by accident or by design. It is not enough to simply post blogs, it is time to hold somebody accountable. This article does not reflect the other members of this organization (22NovemberNetwork), in fact, they are unaware that this is being written. I alone am responsible, I alone make this challenge.
Mr. Willens, I can be reached through 22NovemberNetwork or @ firstname.lastname@example.org. I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you.
