From banks of the mighty Potomac, in the shadows of the looming giants across the river, this weekend we gather to rebuke the authority of The Warren Report 50 years after it handed this epic tome over into President Johnson’s oversized Texas hands.
First up was Brian Edwards doing a great job explaining all of the unnecessary nonsense and shenanigans of obfuscation involved in the writing of the Warren Report and lengths went to bury the pertinent points of the evidence in a sea of irrelevant information. Outstanding and well done sir!
Next up was Bill Simpich, who walked us through some of the relevant info omitted from the Report regarding the Tippit murder, the Hidell i.d., the wallets, initial description reports, and who he believes were key players within the Dallas Police Department…Fascinating Sir!
And finally for the morning session, Miss Judyth Vary Baker telling us about David Ferrie and who exactly he was.
Ferrie was a man of mystery, he wasn’t just one thing. For instance he was a elite pilot who could fly huge commercial planes and also fly a little bush plane skimming the ocean waves and land on a beach in Cuba. He knew seven languages, was a survivalist, a skilled pianist, a cult bishop, FBI informant, Mafia pilot, a forger, a hypnotist, a teacher, private investigator, legal advisor, insurance analyst, and cancer researcher. Battling a presentation laden with technical difficulties, she persevered and maintained her composure…great job Judyth!
Check back…more to come from our time at the conference! Thank you JFK HISTORICAL GROUP for making this possible!
