*AUTHOR’S NOTE: Sometimes, events happen (little discoveries) that turn the world upside down, this is one of those times. This particular article might be better titled “We Blind Fools”. I say this because I can’t imagine how what you are going to see, has remained unnoticed for 53 years.
Death Deception, Part VII
In the previous article, there is some material that I forgot to add, so I’m going to add it to the beginning of this article to clear up some issues. Also, in the previous article I mentioned that I was bothered “in part” by the image of the three shells found on the sixth floor of the TSBD. What bothered me was the distance between the two shells closest together, and the third shell a lot farther away. Which is a bit odd.
The photo of the three shells shows two of the shells close to the snipers window. Let me provide a little perspective from personal experience. I have fired a lot of weapons in my life, a partial list is provided below.
Pistols (Semi-Automatic): In the following calibers
.22, .25, .32, .380, .40, .45 and 9mm German WWII Lugar.
Semi-Automatic Rifles:
.22, M-16, AR-15, Russian SKS, AK-47, .223 Tactical rifle, Uzi, H&K MP5.
Bolt Action Rifles and Shotgun:
M-1 Garand, .22, .270, .303, .308, 8mm Mauser and 3 shot clip bolt action Mossberg 4-10.
Lever Action Rifles:
.22, .30-.30, .357.
Shotguns (Pump and Semi-automatics:
4-10, 10, 12 and 16 gauge, (Mossberg’s, Remington’s and Browning’s).
Full Auto Weapons:
M-16, AK-47, Uzi, H&K MP5, and Thompson Sub-Machine Gun.
I have fired hundreds of rounds through these weapons, and many others. I can tell you from experience, none of these weapons will eject shell casings at your feet. It doesn’t matter if it is a semi-automatic pistol or rifle or bolt action or pump action. The weapons are designed to do just the opposite. The weapons are made to eject the shells out and away from the shooter, because the brass casings are very hot. This prevents the possibility of the shooter being accidentally burned by shell casings. This is why, in the military firing ranges, I didn’t want the person to my left to be in a position where his weapons ejected shell casings that would potentially go down the back of my shirt near my neck. I’ve been hit by these shell casings many times on the firing range. Even if you turn the weapon with the ejector port towards the floor, the casings still wouldn’t land at your feet; they would hit and bounce away. To expect two such shells to land at your feet is doubly asinine. So, if anyone doubts this, I ask them to now watch the first 30 to 45 seconds of the video (link posted below, start watching at the 1:32 mark). This is the Mannlicher-Carcano being fired and shells ejected, pay close attention to the shells that are ejected. They definitely aren’t landing at the shooter’s feet!

Individuals on the scene of the sixth floor also testified that these shell casings had been picked up, and pocketed by Captain Fritz, prior to their being photographed (See link below).
http://www.manuscriptservice.com/SN/carcases.htm
Another police officer also testified he thought the shells had been positioned differently than what is shown in the photograph ( ). So, in the previous article I mentioned two of these shells may have been planted and never been fired. “Planted” may be too strong of a word, they may have been “placed” here after being handled, yet still not where they would have landed if ejected from the MC rifle. Rather than say shells were “planted”, what I should have said is this.
There were three shell casings found on the sixth floor of the TSBD. Only one shell which could be accounted for actually being fired (this bullet hitting John Connally). This leaves two shells to account for, with three possibilities. (See below)
- The two remaining shells had live rounds and were fired (even though we have no idea where the bullets went, but one possibly the alleged “missed shot”) (6 shots fired).
- The two shells were blanks, but fired and ejected from the rifle (6 shots fired).
- The two shells were never fired, but placed at the scene (Evidence planted).
Here is the problem, no matter which case you choose, (A, B or C) any of them only strengthens the evidence of a conspiracy, no matter what. That is what is important. Also, for those who want to believe the “missed shot” alleged by the WC, take a look at this next image (See below).
The three positions of the limo (when the “3” shots were fired per the WC) are shown in purple, the red line is the bullet trajectory from the TSBD to the curb which was struck by a bullet. Obviously this trajectory is nowhere near the limo’s positions. Some people have tried to claim this shot was the first shot, intended to “sight in” the rifle. Nope, sorry, calling this “theory” complete bullshit. You would have to be a complete idiot to wait until the crucial moment to try and sight in your rifle in these circumstances. Not to mention giving away your position in the process, before you even fire a shot at the President and drawing attention to yourself. The “missed shot” was fabricated purely to account for the third empty shell casing left after the creation of the Single Bullet Theory.
Now I need to relate some personal info. There are two parts to our brains known as the conscious and sub-conscious. My sub-conscious is a hen –pecking nag at times, particularly when there is evidence that stands out to me that hasn’t been entirely examined. The thought process goes something like this. (I will refer to my “conscious” simply as “me”).
Sub-conscious: You’re supposed to exhaust your subject.
Me: Yeah, I know that.
Sub-conscious: Then why aren’t you doing it?
Me: Because I’m not trying to write an Encyclopedia!
Sub-conscious: You better do it!
Me: I don’t want to!
Sub-conscious: You saw that discrepancy in that HSCA image, don’t pretend you didn’t!
Me: So? Somebody made an error.
Sub-conscious: You should fix it…then draw the trajectory…exhaust your subject.
Me: What for? I already know it’s not going to lead to the TSBD.
Sub-conscious: You saw the other discrepancy in the JFK autopsy too!
Me: Yeah, so?
Sub-conscious: Why are you ignoring it? You know what it is and what it means.
Me: Because I don’t know where it came from.
Sub-conscious: Draw the trajectory!
Me: Fine, there are you satisfi…Ohh Holy crap! Are you kidding me?
Sub-conscious: Told ya!
Me: Shut it! I’m not in the mood, (I hate it when this happens). I’ll be a pluck eyed fool! How did nobody see this? 53 years, how could they not have noticed? (Probably for the same reason’s I didn’t notice it, until now).
Over this past weekend, I was looking over a full sized styrofoam skull I have, thinking on trajectories. This is when my subconscious started hen-pecking me (telling me to “draw the line”). This line is a reference to the entry and exit wounds identified by the HSCA. A process in which in their drawing, they messed up (hence the discrepancy in the HSCA image that my subconscious is nagging me about). I would be very negligent if I didn’t show you what this all means, so…watch what happens.
The next image shows the known “entry” and “exit” points of the “lower” bullet tract and resulting trajectory (from the Dal-Tex building). Note that any additional bullet “entry” point to the right of the yellow line would move any new bullet’s trajectory farther away from the TSBD. A new bullet entry point to the left of the yellow line would move the new trajectory towards the TSBD. This may be why the discrepancy exits in the HSCA skull drawing, that or somebody just messed up.
The following HSCA image is where the discrepancy takes place, the entry and exit points are not in the correct locations compared to the autopsy images or Dox drawing of the upper back of head wound (See next image).
In this HSCA drawing, “B” is the alleged entry point, except in this drawing it is shown being to the far right of the back of the head, this is wrong. This position is where the skull fragments were missing and referred to as the “blowout” in the back of the head. The alleged “exit” wound (“A”) is close, but should be moved up and slightly to the right as you view the image (See next image).
The last image (Dox drawing on left) shows the location of the “entry” wound per the HSCA (which agrees with the autopsy photo presented during the HSCA hearings). This wound is nearly centered on the back of JFK’s head, and not to the far right as indicated by the HSCA drawing showing points “A” and “B”. The previous image also shows a portion of JFK’s forehead showing the alleged “exit” wound by the HSCA. In this image, there is where my subconscious was letting me know I saw the “discrepancy” in the autopsy photo. Not really so much a discrepancy, but something I couldn’t identify the cause of and so, pushed it aside (my error), until now. So, let me remind everyone of something by looking again at Dr. Pierre Finck’s drawing posted in an earlier article (See next image).
Look at the purple lines in the image above. As Dr. Finck points out, a bullet “exiting” the bone will result in a bevel outward, in the direction of the bullet travel. If you look close at the image of the forehead (with the scalp reflected), you will see that this bone is indeed beveled outward, as an exit point should be. So, I then went back and corrected the positions of “A” and “B” on the HSCA drawing which results in this (See next image).
The red dots are the corrected locations of the alleged “entry” (B) and “exit” (A) points of the “upper” bullet track identified by the HSCA. Up until this moment, I have never drawn this trajectory along with the lower bullet trajectory identified by Humes, Lipsey, Boswell, etc., in the WC hearings. Nor have I ever seen anyone draw them together in the same image. What do you think will happen? Are you ready for a surprise? It was at this point I thought to myself “Ohh crap”! (See next image)
Both bullet tracks result in identical trajectories! Meaning, both shots originated from the same location! But remember, any shot to the right of the yellow line (the first bullet entry point) moves the trajectory away from the TSBD. For this shot to have come from the TSBD (As the HSCA asserted), it would have to be far to the left of the first bullets entry point. No way did this bullet come from the TSBD! The fact that the trajectories are identical should also make some other things immediately apparent to some of you. Seeing these two matching trajectories instantly caused a flurry of recognition to me. The first being that there were three shots fired from the Dal-Tex building, all three hitting their intended target, including the two shown.
The next thing to jump out at me was that this shooter was not using a bolt action rifle, this is a semi-automatic weapon. What makes me say that? Several things do, first…the shot sequence reported by witnesses…”Pow…Pow”, how close together the shots were. (Click the link below to hear witness testimonies)

At this point, another realization hit me, actually a couple of them. The first being that this is an experienced shooter and this isn’t an assumption, the evidence reveals it. In relationship to guns, there is a term commonly referred to as the “three shot burst”. This technique is taught in the military, police departments and various law enforcement and government agencies. So, at this point keep in mind, three shots from the Dal-Tex building and the “three shot burst”. If you’ve never been in any of these organizations or haven’t had any experience with weapons, I need to familiarize you with another well-known term. For example “leading your target”, when a hunter hunts birds in flight, the hunter “leads” the intended target. This means they aim slightly ahead of the target in the direction of the targets flight path, so that the bird will fly into the buckshot or ammo. The “three round burst” however is intended to increase the odds of hitting a moving target, usually “human”. The idea is to help save ammo while at the same time improving the odds of hitting your target. The way you improve your odds of hitting the target is known as “Walking” your bullets. As I said, this is a system normally used for moving “human” targets. So, if a human target was moving to your left, especially quickly, you would walk your bullets from left to right, but the first shot fired would lead your target slightly. The next shot you would aim a couple of inches to the right of the first bullet. The third bullet you would aim a couple of inches to the right of the second bullet. So where you start walking your bullets depends upon the direction your target is moving. So how does this relate to the three shot burst from the Dal-Tex building? Because this is exactly what the shooter did, he walked his shots upwards, starting at JFK’s back. (See next image)
Bear in mind that while the shots are taken, the limo is still moving forward and down. So what does the shooter do? He “walks his shots” starting from the most logical location. The first shot is low, to the back (he knows the target is going to be moving down the hill in his sights as he walks the shots up). The shot to the back was slightly right of the spine, so he adjusts his shot slightly more to the left, (JFK’s head is descending in his sights, the limo moving downhill), he waits a second for JFK to stop moving after being hit in the back before he takes the head shots. The shooter is preparing to take the head shots. He knows he will have to fire the next two shots in rapid succession because the head is a smaller target. The head will move quickly when hit by a second shot. He has to time it fast or risk a missed shot. The shooter is trying to keep his shots centered on the target. He fires, “Pow-Pow”…both shots hitting the intended target.
This is no accident, this is a skilled and experienced shooter, using a learned and practiced technique.
There is another term I need to familiarize people with and it is related to why this shooter is using a semi-automatic weapon. This term is known as “time on target”. This means a weapon that does not “kick” severely or distract the shooter from his target, say like a bolt action rifle would. A bolt action rifle would make it more difficult than necessary or desired to walk your shots. You wouldn’t want to be distracted by the time it takes to work the bolt or having to possibly take your eyes off your target to do so. A semi-automatic weapon with a moderate to light kick is the desirable choice. You can fire the weapon, and keeps your target in your sights without disruption…allowing your sights more “time on target”.
This shooter was trained, familiar with weapons and techniques and using a semi-automatic weapon. These techniques were popularized during the 60’s and Vietnam era. This wasn’t a technique taught by the Mob. These are techniques taught to the military and government agents. The shooter knew exactly who his target was and he had only one target. That target was President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Oswald did not kill this man or anyone else in the Presidential limo.
*AUTHOR’S NOTE: There will likely only be two more articles in this series of “Death Deception”, so the end is in sight folks. I never intended this to be that lengthy actually. I suppose it is almost time to bring “QJWIN, QJPLACE, QJSHOW AND QJALSORAN into the picture. Until next time…Dusty.
